Vision
Activate men to the Christian life, so that they may be the presence of Christ in the reality that they have had to live, at home, in the community, at work.
Carry out training and evangelization activities so that through grace the lives of men are transformed to become priests in the home and soldiers of Christ for community work.

Goals
- Be aware that we can do nothing without the presence and training of the Lord.
- Being able to influence other men with their way of life.
But I and my house will serve the Lord (Joshua 24.15)

- Support the vision of our pastor and pray for him.
- Offer my skills and abilities at the service of the Church and as a consequence to Christ.
- Continuously learn the Word to live it and bear witness to others.

WHAT IS A BRAVE MAN OF IMPACT?
The word impact comes from the Latin *impactus* It is not just any shock, but a penetrating shock, like a bullet hitting the target, like an arrow penetrating its target.
Where it penetrates and what the result of said penetration is depends on whose hands the weapon that propels the projectile is in.
We are a man *brave of impact* when we give ourselves to God so that He launches us as arrows of love and service, to penetrate the hearts of those who are part of our world that is our family, our community, in our church.
